He committed suicide at the age of 24 by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in his flat. The entire TV industry was shaken by his death.

Pratyusha was born on 10 August 1991 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. She grew up in a Bengali family. After that Pratyusha turned to TV. In which he got success. She was progressing in her career when the news of her suicide came to the fore. His family was completely torn apart by the death of his daughter. When Pratyusha was giving her last farewell at the crematorium, the mother bid farewell to her daughter by singing her favorite song. His mother was completely broken while singing the song. When the time came to say goodbye to the daughter, she was in a bad condition crying. At that time Pratyusha’s close friends Kamya Punjabi and Vikas Gupta were handling her.
Pratyusha’s favorite song was ‘Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo’. In such a situation, while giving her last farewell to her daughter, Pratyusha’s mother sang the song ‘Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo’. Hearing this, the eyes of everyone present there filled with tears.
