The standard was to leave 450 square meters of land per member by adding all the members and sons of the farmer, but now the land will also be left for the unmarried daughter.
Old cases will be resolved soon
The OSD of the authority further informed that all the old cases of population regulation will be resolved soon. An agency has also been selected for this work. Due to the right to the daughter in population regulation, 450 square meters of land will be left to the family more. Along with this, the daughter will also have a right in the father’s property.
What is population regulation
Noida Development Authority acquires the land of a village. Suppose a farmer living there has 10 bighas of land. The farmer claims that he is living in a part of his land. The land which is left by the development authority to the farmer family to live on it is called population appropriation. In this, a standard of 450 square meters has been fixed per family member.
