JNVST 2021: The selection test for admission to class 6 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas will be conducted today. Around 2 lakh students have registered for the entrance exam.

JNVST 2021: Selection test for admission in class 6 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas will be conducted today. Around 2 lakh students have registered for the entrance exam. All the registered students download their JNVST 2021 Admit Card with rescheduled date and carry it to the exam center. Without the admit card you will not be allowed to appear in the exam. The duration of the exam will be of two hours. Students with disabilities will be given an additional 30 minutes.

Important Instructions
Without the admit card, entry to the examination center will not be allowed. Late coming students will also not be able to appear in the examination.
Students will have to sit in the allotted room by 11:00 am.
The candidate is required to wear a mask. It will be allowed to bring a transparent bottle of drinking water and a bottle of sanitizer with you.
Social distancing will have to be strictly followed.
The test takers will have to carry a self-declaration form about their health, mentioning whether they have fever, cough or other symptoms.

Last year a total of 2497570 candidates had registered for the exam. Out of which total 45547 candidates were selected. This year, however, the number of candidates registered for JNVST 2021 Class 6 exam is expected to increase.

The total time duration will be of two hours without any break. Students with disabilities will be given an additional 30 minutes. Students have to secure qualifying marks in each of the three sections in JNVST 2021 Class 6 Exam. It is advised not to spend too much time on each section of the exam though students are free to adjust the total allotted time as per their choice. JNVST exam is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE. Students passed in this examination will be able to take admission in class VI in Navodaya Vidyalaya.
