Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has given only offline facility for change in name, mobile number, date of birth, e-mail address and photograph. It is not possible through online and post. Simply put, the photo can be changed only when a person is visiting the enrollment centre. To make changes in the photo, you have to go to your nearest enrollment center or you can do this work by going to the post office.

how to change photo on aadhar card
First you go to the UIDAI website uidai.gov.in. Aadhar enrollment form has to be downloaded from here.
This enrollment form has to be filled and submitted at the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centre.
After this, the employee at the Aadhaar Enrollment Center will get your biometric information.
After this the employee of the enrollment center will take your photo.
The employee at the enrollment center will replace the photo in your Aadhar card by charging Rs 25 plus GST as per the fee.
After changing the photo, the employee of the enrollment center will also give you a slip along with the URN.
You can use this URN to check whether your Aadhar card photo has been changed or not.
After the Aadhaar card photo has been changed, an updated Aadhaar card with the new photo can be downloaded from the UIDAI website.
