  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup spinach puree
  • little orange eater
  • tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • a little sunflower oil
  • Curry and Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies
  • salt, water, soda, cayenne pepper

How to make Tricolor Rava Dhokla | How To Make Tricolor Rava Dhokla

First of all, mix semolina, curd, sugar, salt as per taste in a big bowl. Now add chopped garlic and some water to it. Make a smooth thick batter by mixing these ingredients well. Now take three bowls and put the batter in all three. In the first bowl, add spinach puree, some green coriander and some green chilies. In the second, add orange color and red chili powder and the batter of the third bowl will remain as it is.

Now grease a plate with some oil and keep some water in the pan for boiling. After this, mix some baking soda and some water in the bowl containing the batter. Now pour the previously browned spinach puree batter in a plate greased with oil and keep it in the boiling water in the pan. Let the dhokla steam for 15 minutes. Similarly, back the batter of the second and third bowls separately.

After this, put oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies. After roasting, pour it on the steamed dhoklas. In this way tricolor rava dhokla is ready. Now serve it with green, tamarind chutney or tea and eat it.
