Police had claimed that the ambulance overturned after colliding with a drum kept for the ongoing construction work on the road. At the same time, now the relatives of the injured in the accident have denied the claims of the police and said that the accident happened due to the collision of the speeding car behind the ambulance. Along with their complaint, the victim’s family has also handed over the CCTV of the incident to the police and demanded action against the car driver responsible for the accident. ADCP Noida said that necessary action will be taken after getting the matter investigated.

Let us inform that Arun Jain, the victim in this accident, is a resident of Secunderabad and runs a clothes shop. His family told that Arun Jain visits Mahaveer Foundation in Jasola Vihar, Delhi thrice a week for dialysis. On Wednesday morning, he was going in an ambulance with his son Arihant Jain and daughter Yashita Jain. At around 7 am, a speeding car driver rammed into his ambulance from behind near Mahamaya flyover in Kotwali Sector-39 area. The ambulance overturned after the collision. The injured Arun Jain, Yashika Jain and Arihant were admitted to Kailash Hospital after booking a cab from the spot. Victim’s family members say that what was told by the Kotwali Sector-39 police that the ambulance overturned after hitting the drum and arranged for another ambulance and sent the injured to the hospital, is completely baseless. The doctors of the hospital have told that Arun Jain has not yet regained consciousness and is admitted in the ICU. where his condition is critical.
Arun Jain’s his daughter Yashika has got 20 stitches on her head. However, Arihant Jain has been discharged after first aid. Now on the basis of the complaint of Arihant and CCTV footage, the Kotwali Sector-39 police is investigating the matter. ADCP Noida Zone Ranvijay Singh said that with the help of CCTV footage, strict action will be taken against the car driver who hit the car.
